We recommend all of our patients to:
Take 1 multiple Vitamin Daily
Take 2,000Mg. Vitamin C daily, and if you feel swollen or go off your menu and eat something salty, take 3,000-4,000Mg. Of Vitamin C
Take Calcium Magnesium for constipation
We use Vitamins b6 and B12 and other vitamins

Basically every day you want to eat:
Fruit- 1 serving
Vegetable- 1 serving
Protein- 3 servings, totally about 12 oz.
Salads- 1 large salad or 2 small salads
Starch- 1 serving at breakfast or lunch ONLY
