 HOW TO USE IT IN YOUR MEALS

 

 Basil

 Add 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon for each 2 cups of green vegetables.

 Chili Powder

 Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds of ground beef or 2 pounds of pot roast.

 Curry Powder

 Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds of lamb; 1 to 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds ground beef.

 Dill Weed

 Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, crushed for seasoning fish or vegetables.

 Nutmeg

 Add dash to 1/4 teaspoon to 2 cups mixed vegetables or spinach, or 1/4 teaspoon to 1 pound ground beef.

 Oregano

 Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon to 2 cups of spinach, green beans or tomatoes.

 Paprika

 Add to chicken, meat, or white vegetables.

 Parsley

 Add 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds ground beef or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for vegetables, meat and fish.

 Pepper

 Add to food at your discretion.

 Tarragon

 Add 1/4 teaspoon to 1 pound fish or 1 teaspoon to 3 pounds chicken.
