Add 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon for each 2
cups of green vegetables. |

Chili Powder |
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds of
ground beef or 2 pounds of pot roast. |

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds of
lamb; 1 to 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds ground beef. |

seasoning fish or vegetables. |
