WHERE OTHER PROGRAMS MISS THE POINT
Very few
programs evaluate the individual's food consumption in types or
quantities, nor do they analyze eating habits, which in itself is one of
the primary factors in weight gain. Others do not take into
consideration the individuals appetite and as a result fail to provide
proper nutritional guidance. Still others want you to believe that by
simply swallowing a pill to stifle the appetite the pounds will fall
off, but at what cost...the body and ultimately your health.
Some programs
expect you to have a cast iron will expecting you to ignore the natural
desire to eat and eliminate meals with liquids.
Vitamins
provide essential nutrients to the body if that is all we need, but
they do little to satisfy and fill the stomach, resulting in a desire
to eat more food.
Mother Nature
designed our bodies to gain nourishment from healthy natural food types
and in the process gave us a palette with taste buds, and a healthy
appetite to savor and enjoy the consumption of these foods to fuel our
bodies.
